Cancellation policy
The initial payment made at the time of hiring is non-refundable if you cancel the service.
Hosting non-payment
- After 5 days of non-payment, the website will go offline and come back once payment is made.
- If not paid within 30 days, the account will be deleted with no right to a backup.
Shared hosting
Shared hosting does not include control panel access.

This helps you appear in local searches and improves your website's ranking over time, without paying for ads. It also allows direct interaction with customers through your Google Business Profile.

How email works
- Email accounts must be set up in Microsoft Outlook — POP protocol on your computer.
- Emails sent from Webmail are not downloaded to Outlook; only received emails are synced.
- Webmail does not allow creating folders to store emails. If folders are created, the server will request their deletion.
- Webmail is only for checking email and emergencies, when you're not at your computer with Outlook installed.

What is the website delivery timeline?
The delivery timeline depends on the option you choose. For the OnePage or Landing Page website (Option 1), the timeline is up to 15 business days. For the website with up to 10 separate pages (Option 2), the timeline is up to 30 business days. In both cases, the timeline starts counting once you submit all content, text, and images.

How does payment work?
For the OnePage Website (Option 1): 50% at the time of hiring + 50% upon delivery. For the Website with up to 10 pages (Option 2): 50% at hiring + the balance split into 2 installments due at 30 and 60 days. The initial payment made at hiring is non-refundable if you cancel.

What's the difference between the OnePage Website and the 10-page website?
The OnePage Website (Option 1) has up to 4 sections on a single page: Home, About Us, Services, and Contact. It's ideal for businesses that need a simple, straightforward digital presence. The website with up to 10 pages (Option 2) has individual menus and pages for each service, which allows more in-depth content and makes Google SEO easier, since each page can be optimized for a different keyword.

Does the website come already optimized for Google?
Yes. Every website is delivered with SEO optimization applied, with each page configured for specific keywords relevant to your business. We also set up a Google Search Console account to track indexing, and create and configure your Google Business Profile to reinforce local SEO.

Where does the website's contact form go?
The contact form is directed to WhatsApp and to your email inbox, when your website's hosting is with WebMARFAN.

What happens if I don't pay my hosting bill?
After 5 days of non-payment, the website will automatically go offline and come back online once payment is made. If the bill isn't paid within 30 days, the account will be permanently closed with no right to a file backup.

Can I use Webmail to send emails normally?
Webmail can be used, but with restrictions. Emails sent from Webmail are not downloaded to Outlook installed on your computer — only received emails are synced. Also, creating folders in Webmail for storage isn't allowed. We recommend using Microsoft Outlook with POP setup for full use of your business email. Webmail is meant only for checking email and emergencies when your computer with Outlook isn't available.
